The automatic log saw system cuts planks into boards of different lengths in a fast and safe manner.
The plank is pulled by rubber mats and guided by a pneumatic bench of pressure rollers that can be adjusted to the stock section dimensions.
Board loading and unloading is automated and cutting is optimised by an automatic calculation system with photocells and displacement sensors. During the machining cycle, the header and end plate waste is automatically extracted.
The log saw is prepared for suction connection and can be in-line with an edger.
