Vibrating channels convey and transport all wood waste, including large particle waste, to the grinder inlet. The automatic system contributes to operator safety and cleanliness in the sawmill.
To avoid the accumulation of machining residues under saws and loaders, we have designed large vibrating tables that collect bark, sawdust and wood scraps that would otherwise fall on the floor. The waste material collected underneath the log or semifinished log transport machines and automations is then conveyed into scraper chains or vibrating channels for extraction.
